After signing up, you will receive a confirmation of your account, pickup details.

Three days before each delivery, you will receive an e-mail describing the catch of the week.

 

FOR MEMBERS WITH A SUBSCRIPTION AND MONEY IN AN ACCOUNT:

If the Fishmonger's Choice looks good, you do nothing except pick up your order on the specified date (don’t forget to bring your cooler bag). If you’d like to substitute something else for the main offering, see instructions below. Make sure you SAVE your changes and place the order before the specified deadline for your pickup day.

FOR THOSE WHO SIGN UP FOR PAY-AS-YOU-GO: 

You must add an item to your shopping cart. Simply go to the webstore to add an item.

If for any reason Hooked on Fish does not deliver your seafood (e.g. holidays or hazardous weather), we will contact you by e-mail and your account will not be charged.

Member Responsibilities

Pickup

It is your responsibility to pickup your weekly share of seafood from the pickup location during the designated time frame. If you do not pick up your order, it will be donated to the host site. Remember you can always have a friend pickup the share for you. Just make sure they check off your name on the sign-in sheet.

 

We will provide you with an insulated cooler bag when you first signup with a deposit of either $100.00 or $200.00, which is covered in an $18 sign-up fee.  Please bring the bag with you to the pickup site. Your share of fish will be packed in a larger cooler at the pickup site. Simply transfer it to your cooler bag at the time of pickup. Each package of fish is wrapped between Gel Ice packs to help keep your fish cool on your way home.

Home Delivery

For the common good, we prefer CONTACTLESS delivery. Please leave a cooler bag or cooler in a place visible to the driver. Unless instructed otherwise, they will ring your doorbell when your order has been delivered. If there is no answer and no visible cooler bag, we cannot leave your fish. (If you don't have a cooler bag, you can buy one from us.)

After Receiving Your Fish

You are responsible for all seafood after picking it up! See Handling your fish for more information on how to best store fresh fish. Hooked on Fish is not responsible for product that was inadequately stored following pickup.

Account Management

Once you sign up you can easily manage your account by clicking here​ to sign in. From the Member Dashboard you will be able to put your deliveries on hold, pick one of the alternate offerings, or to add money to your account. When you add money to your account, remember to click the amount that you would like to pay, AND click the method of payment (electronic check or credit card). Then click continue.

 

Putting Deliveries on Hold

Click the "Delivery Hold" tab, then enter the date(s) that you do not want delivery. 

Choosing an Alternate Offering

After you receive the email describing the week's catch (Saturday for Tuesday deliveries, Sunday for Wednesday deliveries, and Monday for Thursday deliveries): 

• From the Member Dashboard, click the "Store" button (upper right).

• If you are satisfied with the featured fish, do nothing. If you would like to pick the alternate fish, click the "Add" tab under your selection. If you'd like more than one pound of fish, just click the "plus" button. 

Before saving changes, review the box contents. Then click "Save."

Policies

Privacy Policy
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. 

When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. 

We use the information we collect from you to help us better respond to your individual needs, to improve our website, to improve customer service, and to process transactions.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to process customer requested re-occurring transactions. This information will be held by Authorize.net. They have their own privacy policy which can be located at Authorize.net/Privacy Policy.

By using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.


Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time as long as you do so in writing at least three days before your next delivery. Refunds will be made for the remaining portion of your membership in the manner it was received.

Hooked on Fish and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Hooked on Fish, Inc. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Hooked on Fish's, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Hooked on Fish or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
