week's catch

October 20 to 22, 2020

Alaskan Halibut

Long line caught, Alaska

The wild halibut season is starting to wind down. We might be able to squeeze it in one more time before the season closes, so order it now if you like it because it may be the last time we get it this season.

Sea Scallops

Trawl caught, Delaware

Bite into a perfectly seared sea scallop. Its caramelized, crusty exterior covers a sweet, buttery interior. And it is so easy to make! Just a hot pan, a bit of oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. It takes all of three minutes!

The meat of these King Crab legs is sweet, tender, and buttery. You get only the largest portion of the leg with a meaty knuckle (6 to 8+ ounces). The shell is easy to crack. Plus the flesh is high in omega-3's and low in calories and fat. Seems pricey but these beauties are worth the cost. Be good to yourself in these trying times! Just thaw, heat for 8 to 10 minutes, and eat. Frozen.

Perfect for the backyard socially distanced party! Each wild-caught tail is 4 to 5 ounces. Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then steam, bake, broil, or grill. Excellent on their own and in pasta, salad, or lobster rolls. Order as many as you need. Frozen. Raw.
