This is a simple recipe using just butter, garlic, salt and lemon. Eat with some good crusty bread!
Add the shrimp, a couple of smashed cloves of garlic to a pan, and a little water, just to cover the bottom. Baste with some melted butter (and lots of it!). Add seasoned salt.
Bake at 350° for 6 or 7 minutes. When the meat is opaque, the rock shrimp are done. Do not overcook.
Remove garlic cloves. Add chopped parsley and a big squeeze of lemon. Serve with more butter if needed.
