Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order 24 hours before your next delivery.  Refunds are not accepted for perishable goods or gift cards. Refunds will be accepted for dry and frozen goods within 3 days if deemed faulty. Products must be returned to us in the same condition as received.
Damage, Quality, and Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with quality, damage, missing or wrong items.
Photos of the product would be helpful in resolving any problems. Please keep the product frozen or refrigerated if appropriate.
Refunds
If after reviewing your issue it is determined a refund is due, the amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.Â
