These small-to-medium-sized oysters are farmed in floating bags. The movement of the water allows the oysters to rub against each other resulting in a consistently shaped, hardened shell. The taste is mildly briny with a sweet taste and are described as a great starter oyster. Seafood Watch rates oysters a "Best Choice." Mild mercury level. Priced per piece.
