Net pens, Turkey
Bronzino goes by many names. It's loup de mer in France, lubina in Spain, and lavráki in Israel and Turkey. It has been popular since ancient times, as evidenced by its depiction in a first-century Roman mosaic. You may also remember Don Draper ordering a whole bronzino in an episode of "Mad Men."
This fish has been so popular throughout the world that wild stocks have been severely depleted. Our bronzino is sustainably farmed in Turkey. Its flesh is delicate and buttery, and its taste mild and sweet. ASC and MSC certified. Low mercury level. Kosher.
