Creole-Style Barramundi Cakes

We love these burgers! They’re moist, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a touch of Creole spice. A hint of hot sauce adds just the right amount of gentle heat—enough to brighten the flavor without overpowering the fish. Delicious on a bun or served on their own.

Ingredients: Barramundi, eggs, bell peppers, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, scallions, panko, butter, hot sauce, lemon, creole seasonings. 

Remove from packaging and defrost before cooking. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for 3 ½ to 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Or cook from frozen for about 7 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary.
