Fermín Sliced Salchichon

A unique product of singular juiciness and delicate flavor, seasoned with nutmeg, and black and white pepper. It's similar to chorizo, but does not use paprika. This salchichon has been made from the best cuts of the Ibérico pig, an original breed from Spain.

Beautiful presentation in a skin pack. The slices are very easy to separate, to present on a plate. Sure to impress all Jamón Ibérico lovers.

It is cured for 40 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a National Historic Heritage site, with notable medieval architecture.
