Fermín Sliced Salchichon

A unique product of singularity juiciness and delicate flavor, seasoned with nutmeg, black and white pepper, similar to chorizo, but here we don’t use the pimenton (paprika). This salchichon has been made from the best cuts of the iberico pig, original breed from Spain.

Beautiful presentation in a skin pack. The slices are very easy to separate, to present on a plate and impress all iberico lovers.
