Fjord Trout / Coho Burgers

Ingredients: Fjord Sea Trout/Coho, red peppers, red onion, capers, eggs, Old Bay, Panko.

Remove from packaging and defrost before cooking. Cook 3.5 to 4 minutes per side until fully cooked through (145 degrees), or cook from frozen about 7 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary.
