Membrillo is the Spanish word for quince fruit (a Spanish fruit resembling a mix between pears and apples). It is a smooth and dense paste that has a naturally sweet flavor that complements a wide variety of cheeses and charcuterie. 

Mitica's membrillo is made with 100% Spanish fruit. To preserve its integrity, this producer adds only lemon and a touch of sugar while making the membrillo.
