Salt-Cured Egg Yolks

Salt-cured egg yolks are best used by grating them over savory dishes like pasta, risotto, salads, and roasted vegetables. Or add them to soups and fried dishes for an umami-rich flavor and creamy texture.  Think of them as a silky alternative to Parmesan.
