Seafood Burgers with Salmon and Fjord Trout (frozen)

You asked, we listened! Burgers are now 6 ounces each!

Ingredients: Salmon, Fjord Sea Trout, eggs, bell peppers, onion, capers, Old Bay, lime, Panko.

Cooking instructions: Remove from packaging and defrost before cooking. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook for 3 ½ to 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Or cook from frozen for about 7 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary.
