Tinned Fish Güeyu Mar Gift Basket

Every piece of fish is chargrilled over live oak by master asador Abel Álvarez, then canned by hand and packed in premium Castillo de Canena olive oil, made from Arbequina olives.

At his legendary restaurant in Playa de la Vega, Asturias, Abel serves both fresh and tinned seafood side by side—so seamlessly that diners often can’t tell which is which. He even whisks the olive oil from the tins into velvety emulsified sauces, elevating the experience of conservas to true fine dining.
